Text Box: I started as a Sales Manager with COMTEL, when ntl were buying them out. I then moved to a Customer Relations role looking after all field based retention activity. I helped centralise this activity for better control and functionality. I then took a role as Business Development Manager (Midlands), negotiating joined-up solutions with councils, allowing ntl to play an intricate role in the delivery of digital and interactive services to council tenants.
My next role was Sales Manager (Operations) and then Head of Sales & Customer Relations, then moving to Sales & Marketing Director (South). I then became a Sales Operations Director identifying, developing and implementing improved processes and systems to enhance sales functionality.
My latest role was National Sales Operations Director providing support to national sales teams.
